Download Difficulties

(1) If your browser isn't loading the download screen, your browser settings may be preventing you from accessing the download page. To correct this problem, you can do the following:

In Internet Explorer, go to "Tools" - "Internet Options" and click on the "Security" tab. At the bottom of the screen, click on "Custom Level." At the bottom of the screen, reset your custom settings to medium and click on "OK."

(2) If you're using a program that prevents pop windows from loading, this will also prevent the download screen from loading. You may need to disable the program to enable you to enter the download page.

(3) If you're using a firewall program, such as Personal Firewall TM, Gauntlet TM or ZoneAlarm TM, this may also prevent the download screen from loading. You may need to disable the program until you complete your downloads.

(4) If you have recently upgraded to Windows XP SP2, you may be prevented from downloading the files. To start the downloads, you must first click on the Internet Explorer Information Bar, and then on 'Download File' to begin the download.

(5) If you're using an anti-virus program, such as Norton TM or McAfee TM, you may need to disable the program until you complete your downloads.

(6) If you're using a download manager, such as RealDownloadTM or GetRightTM, make sure you disable it.

(7) Other programs running in the background can also prevent the download screen from loading. You may want to try closing the programs that may be interfering with your download.

(8) If you're able to log into the page, but nothing happens when you click on the download link, you can do the following:

Place your mouse directly over the link and right click on your mouse. Go to "Save Target As" to download the files.
